The Era breakdown for the 12 Best Hitting Shortstops of All Time is as follows:
We are currently beginning to see a trend among the Best Hitting Shortstops.

We began to see this increase after Era 6 The Last Clean Era and it continues to increase with 3 active players currently on the list of the Top 12 Best Hitting Shortstops. We believe the increase of statistics is not a steroid issue, but rather an offensive change at this position.
